From fruit to juice: pressing

The vintage

Result of a one year work on the vine, the vintage season is a key period in our life of vine growers.

When gathering grapes, carried out with the hand, only the most beautiful gare retained, of a perfect maturity. Green or rotted grains are rejected.

Once collected, grape is transported carefully in our wine storehouses. Here begins the phase of pressing. Impatience gains as comes time to discover the first juice, before the filling of tanks.
